GNOMEロックダウンエディタpessulusのインストールはこちらです。次のコマンドをGNOMEターミナルから実行すると開くウインドウで編集できる
$ alacarte

CentOS 6.2（インストール時にデスクトップを選択したもの）にはインストールされていなかった。
# yum info alacarte
